2020年1月－2022年12月市安源区肺结核流行病学特征及其影响因素研究

Abstract：ObeiveTanalythpidemoogicalcharacteriticsofulmoarytuberelosisinyanDistritofingxiangCityfroJaa 2020toDecebe2dopoefegfctoflmarublosovdsisfulatigi andcontrolcountermeasuresMethodsThedataofpulmonarytuberculosiscasesinAnyuanDitrictofPingxiangCityfromJanuary22to December2O22werecolectedfromtheChinaDiseaseSurveilanceInformationReportManagementSstemandanalyzedbydeitie epidemiologicalmethods.ResutsThecasesofpulmonarytuberculosisshowedadowwardtrendyearbyyear.Theproportionofpulmonary tuberculosis cases with positive etiology increased from 20.18% in 2020 to 47.83% in 2022，the proportion of negative etiology decreased from （20 54.26% in 2020 to 43.48% in 2022，and theproportionof noetiology （including tuberculous pleurisy）decreased from25.56%in2020 to8.69 % in 2022.The proportion of cases without etiological results（including tuberculous pleurisy） decreased from 25.56% in 2020 to 8.69 % in 2022.The highestnmberofcasesocdiDnngStret（7/o）.eumbrfaleasasoreatatofealeassihad theratioofmaletofemalewas1.2：1.Teincidenceof61yearsoldwastheleastWiththeincreaseofage，allagegroupshadpulonay tuberculosis.There were cases inalloccupations，andthe total number ofcases in 3years was mainly farmers（41.83 % ）.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the prevalence of different agesand occupations（ P <0.05）.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that male and farmers were the main factors of lung disease（ P <0.05）.Conclusion It is necessary to further implement the new preventioandtoofoarybeloisaoutctieegalhotoctivisiowsdlatio improvethelevelofatintetiondadardiedtreatentageentndeaseatucatioriefoarlyagosisdly treatmentEieeodsesoudogocestoforbec District of Pingxiang City.
