Abstract：ObjectiveToomparetelinicalfcacyofispeidoetabletsndquetiapinefumaratetabletsitetreatmentoffrspisode schizophendeslousodoerabldisi schizophreniaadmitedtotepsycatricdepartentofourospitalfromJulytoJuly24weredividedintoontrolgoupndexptal group，Opatitsoupeoopsteateditaletapifuaratetabletsndepealpastreatdial rispedo visualleangli mentalsyptos）ndholocalauseeompadtnttoossultsThtotaltieatefreaetiptal group （96.00 % ）washigher than that in the control group （74.00 % ） P< 0.05）.Compared with the control group，the scores of symbol coding，semantic fluency，verbal memory，visual memoryand maze test were higher intheexperimental groupafter treatment（ P<0.05 ），and the scores of negative symptoms，positive symptoms，general mental symptomsand HAMD scores were lower（ P <0.05）.Conclusion Compared with quetiapine fumarate tabletsspeebsoitiil psychological state of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
