Abstract：ObjectiveTostudythelnicalfectofSangqinZhikeecoctioncombinedwithmodifedDingchuandecoctioninthetratentf chronicobstructiepumoarydiseasenditseectonlungfunctioMethodsAotalof8patientswithchoicstructiepulmoadiseae diagnosedandtreatediHanyinCountyHospitalofTraditioalCineseedicifroay2toMay4wereselectedasthseachocts. Byusingtherdombertableethodatientserediidedintoontrolgoupndtdyoup39atientseroup.Thotroloupas treatedwithcoventioalestemedicineTudygouastreatedwithSaninZikedcocio+odfedDngandcoctiootsisf thecontrolgroupThngctioecaltreamnttsdroeoespiatorucioindedindeedee reactionswerecoparedbetweenthetwogrous.ResultsComparedwiththecontrolgoup，FVCEVandFEVFVwerehigherieudy group after treatment（ PΦ <0.05）. Compared with 84.62% of the total effective rate of the control group，the total effective rate of the study group was higher，reaching97.44%（ P 2 was higher and PaCO was lower in the study group after treatment（ P< 0.05）.There wasno significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group （5.13 % ）and the control group （7.69 % ）（ P>0.05） .ConclusionSangqinZhikedecoctioncombinedwithmodifiedDingchuandecoctionisefectiveinthetreatmentofchronic obstructiveuoseerosaodoctiondillotesc Key words：Sangqin Zhikedecoction; Dingchuan decoction; Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;Pulmonary function
