Abstract：ObetieTvestiateeicalfetofetylystenefervesttabletsombdiudesodendfumarateowerfor inhalationintetreatmentofpatientswithstablehronicbstructivepulmoarydisease.MethodsAtotalof6Opatientswithstablechoic obstructivepulmoarydiseaseadmitedtoHukouCountyPeople'sHospitalfromMarch1toMarch3ereseletedsteresearojects， andtheywerddintootrooududdoubrableetodithtitschop.ooe routinetreatmentndtestudygoupastreatedwithcetylcysteinefervescenttabletsombdwithbudesodendfumarateodefor ialtioni fistsecond（VelosselluaO）ede ∣2） ， oxygensaturation（pO）erecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.esultsomparedwithteotalefectiverateofthecontrolgoup（73. % ），the total effectiverate of the study group was higher（ 96.67% ）（P<0.05）.Thelung function indexes（FVC，FEVi/FVC，FEVi） of the two groups after treatmentwerehgerantoeforetreatentndomaedithotrolgouptelungfuctioidees（FVC，FEVCFVf study group after treatment were higher（ P <0.05）.The level of IL-8in the two groupsafter treatment was lower than that before treatment，and compared with the control group，the level of IL-8 in the study group after treatment was lower（ P<0.05） .After treatment， PaO2 andSpC 12 in the two groupswerehgherthantosebeforetreatment，hilePaCOvelwaslowerthanthatbeforetreatment，andcomparedwiththecontrolgroup， PaO2 and SpO2levels in the study group were higher，while PaCC level was lower（ P<0.05） .Conclusion The clinical effect of acetylcysteine effervescent tabletsombindidesodendfuaateorforalatioinereantofptitsitsableostuctieuloaseis definite，which canimprovethelung functionand blood gas indexofpatientsandreducetheinflammatoryreaction.
