Abstract:ObjetiveTvestigateeualelatiosetwnflamatowelsase(DdprodotiDbysigdel randomization.eodseargalegeoewideociatioudy(WAataofteEuroeanederatioofPerootoload theInteatioalIatoowelDiosorreedTigleedpSod withperiodontitseredsstrutalvaableely6d686.Atoapleethsedtoalyte causalrelatiosetodoiisdKfsdefoaliotrodeprocesofdata The MR-egger method was used to estimate the causal effect of periodontitis on IBD.The Cochran's Q test and F statistics were used to evaluate the consistencyotasulealotid the risk of IBD (OR=1.18,95 % CI1.09-1.28,P<0.oo1).Theestimationresultsofcausal effectof differentSNPswerebasicallyconsistent(Q=0.41, P =0.52, F =0).ConclusionsTheMendelianrandomizationstudyconfimedthecausalasociationbetweeperiodonitisandinflammatoryowel disease,providinganewperspectiveforunderstanding thepathogenesisandpreventionstrategiesof thesetwodiseases.
