Abstract：Oeisaoetreigttendiosot tabletsndenosisodsightaitsdagosdideosisatajortspitalfroJarytnld and allocated via random number table method into a control group （n=4O）and a study group n=40 ）.The control group was treated with drospirenone ethinylestradibesallndoadioelesaess groupel （E2）vasculardotelialowthctorVGtesndstruatio（doerialicsteimee menstrualvolume），andincidenceofadversereactions（eadache，nauseaandvomiting，menstrualdisorder）werecomparedbetweentheto groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group（ 95.00% ）washigher than thatin the control group（ 72.50% ），and the differencewasstatistically significant（ P<0.05 ）.Theovarianfunctionindexes（AMH，FSH，LH，E2）of thetwogroupsafter treatmentwerelowerthan thosebefoetddeEf lower，the differencewas statistically significant（ P<0.05） .ThelevelofVEGFin the two groupsafter treatment waslower than thatbefore treatment， andcomparedwitotroloutevelofVGFintdyotertreamnteeiencasatistalyant P< 0.05）.Thedoealstmordsaloeofoueataoe beforetreatmtpadiootdoeraleseods group were lowerafter treatment，and the diference was statistically significant（ P- <0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group （2.50 % ）was higher than that in the control group（ 17.50% ），and the difference was statistically significant （P
