Abstract：Obedaliloeprliaofsiise patientswithgastrisdgasticuerdiagosdndtreatediourospitalfroJauary2topril24eredividedtotrolgoud observationgopdobbleditschoueooloastraedielendto groupwastradioilsisfoootalteaal hormonelevelinflammatoryfctorlevelandincdenceofdersereactionsreomparedbetwenthetogroups.Resultsoaredith 80.00% （204 ofthetotaleffectiverateof thecontrol group，thetotaleffctiverateoftheobservationgroupwas higher，reaching 93.33% （ P<0.05） .Compared with thecotrolotiddo tumor necrosis factor -α （TNF -α ）and interleukin-6（IL-6）were lower，and motilin （MTL）was higher after treatment（ P <0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group（6.67 % ）and the control group（ 10.00% ）（ Pγ >0.05）. ConclusionAmoillobdwiepraleoiaetfsriisplaeditstrceic thedisappealetlouecodt increase the incidence of adversereactions.Itisan effective and safe combined treatment.
