Abstract：OetieTaaletofiversdsimeasuesopsyolocalsatedfilyatisfactoofpatitsiute appendicitissurgeryMetdAotalof6patintsitteadicitsmitdtoJisuountyeoplesospitalfroJaarytJue 2023wereselectedasteresearchbjetsAllpatientseredividedintoontrolgoupndstudygroupacodingtotheandmnumbetable method，ithichop.losiisigeeidoidi measures.hoiabilioopeaifststtilatispialtiosopti （dsidl stateSelf-ratingietale（A），elfnpresioale（D）reopdettoosesultshfistei ambulation timeand hospitalizationdaysof thepatientsin the study group were shorter （ P< 0.05）.The incidence ofpostoperative complications was lower in the study group （ P< 0.05）.The family satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group （ P< 0.05）.The SDSand SAS scoresofthetwogrousferursingerelowrthanthoseeforeursingndtheSDandSASsoresofthestudygouperelowerathose of the control group（ P⋅ <0.05）.ConclusionDiversifiednursing measurescanimprovethepsychologicalstateofpatientswithacuteappendicitis surgerymproveteatifactionofpatintsfilie，promotetheearlyecoveryofpatientsftersrgeryndeduceteicidecef postoperative complications.
