256排RevolutionCT能谱扫描在尿路结石成分检出中的应用

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the application value of 256-slice Revolution CT energy spectrum scanning in the detection of urinary tract calculi components.Method:A total of 8O patients with urinary tract calculi who underwent 256-slice Revolution CT energy spectrum scanning at the First People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from September 2O23 to October 2O24 were selected as the research subjects.Chemical analysis was conducted on the calculi specimens after the patients completed urinary tractcalculi removal or calculi expulsion, and the results of infrared spectroscopy analysis were taken as the gold standard.The value of 256-slice Revolution CT energy spectrum scanning in detecting the components of urinary tract calculi was observed.Result: The results of infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that the detected urinary tract calculi contained three types,totaling 102 pieces,ncluding 15 pure uric acid calculi,19 non-pure uricacid calculi,and 68 mixed calculi.The sensitivities of 256-slice Revolution CT energy spectral scanning in diagnosing pure uric acid calculi,non-pure uric acid calculi and mixed calculi were 100% 68.42% and 94.12% respectively; the corresponding specificities were 100% , (20 95.18% ,and 82.35 % .With the help of an infrared spectrometer, the calculi were classified into 15 pure uric acid calculi,12 calcium oxalate calculi,3 phosphorus carbonate calculi, 2 magnesium ammonium phosphate calculi, 2 calcium phosphate calculi and 68 mixed calculi based on the analysis diagrams and atomic efective numbers.A total of 15 uric acid calculi,1O calcium oxalate calculi,1 phosphorus carbonate calculi,1 magnesium ammonium phosphate calculi,1 calcium phosphate calculi and 64 mixed calculi were detected by 256-slice Revolution CT spectral scanning. The detection accuracy rates were 100% , 83.33% , 33.33% , 50.00% , 50.00% and 94.12% (20号 respectively.Conclusion:256-slice RevolutionCT energy spectral scanning has clinical significance for the component analysis of urinary tractcalculi andcan distinguish pure uric acid calculi,non-pure uric acid calculi and

mixedcalculi.

尿路结石在人群中具有较高的发病率,加上其易复发,受到了诸多关注[,一般能根据所含无机盐的成分不同进行分类,例如草酸钙、磷酸钙、尿酸等等,成分复杂且种类较多,正因如此,不同成分的结石,其在治疗方案的选择上也存在一定差异,可见对结石成分的准确判断对于患者而言显得十分重要[2。(剩余5187字)
