丁螺环酮联合奥氮平治疗老年精神分裂症的效果分析

[Abstract] Objective：To explore the effect of Buspirone combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia in elderly.Method：A totalof 118schizophrenia in elderly patientsadmitted to theDepartment of PsychiatryofJi'anThirdPeople'sHospitalfrom June2O21to June2O23 wereselected，andthey weredivided into the observation group （Buspirone combined with Olanzapine， n=59 ）and the control group （Olanzapine， n =59） according to the treatment method.The symptoms and their severity[positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS）]， cognitive function and memory function [MoCA，Wechsler memory scale revised edition （WMS-IV）]，qualityof life and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Result： After treatment， the scores of positive symptoms， negative symptomsand general mental symptoms in two groups were lower than those before treatment，and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）;after treatment， the MoCAand WMS-IV scores of two groups were higher than those before treatment，and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P <0.05）;after treatment， the scores of physical function，psychological function， social function and material life state in two groups were higher than those before treatment，and those inthe observation group were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05 ）; there was no difference in the adverse reactions between two groups （ P> 0.05）.Conclusion： Buspirone combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia in elderly canimprove therelated negative and positive symptoms，cognitive function，memory function，improve thequalityof life，and do not increase the adverse reactions.

老年精神分裂症是指60岁及以上首次发病或之前发病在老年期仍有症状或复发的情况，其病因包括大脑退行性改变、遗传因素、躯体疾病影响（如脑血管病）及心理社会因素（如长期孤独、环境改变）等。（剩余5638字）
