扶正化瘀胶囊联合核苷类抗病毒药物治疗乙肝肝硬化失代偿期患者的临床效果

[Abstract] Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Huayu Capsules combined with nucleoside antiviral drugs in patients with decompensated hepatitis Bcirrhosis，and to analyze its influence on liver function，liver fibrosis and immune function indicators.Method： This study was prospective.Atotal of 102 patients with decompensated hepatitis Bcirrhosis admitted to People's Hospital of Ruijin City from October 2022 to March 2O24 were divided into the study group （n=51）and the conventional group （n=51） byusing the random number table method. The study group received Fuzheng Huayu Capsules + nucleoside antiviral drugs treatment， and the conventional group receivedonly nucleoside antiviral drugs treatment.Both groups were treated continuously for24 weeks.Theclinical efficacy，andTCMsyndromesscores，liver stiffnessmeasurement （LSM），liverfunction indicators，liver fibrosis indicators，and Tcellsubgroup indicators beforeand after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Result： The overall clinical efective rate in the study group （86.27 % ） was higher than in the conventional group （68.63 % ）（ P <0.05）.After treatment， the scores of TCM syndromes （hypochondriac pain，hypochondriac mas，dimcomplexion，thirst withoutdesire todrink，fatigue），andthelevelsofLSM，TBI，AST， ALT， procollagen type || peptide （PIIP）， type IV collagen （ IV -C），laminin （LN），hyaluronic acid （HA），and CD8 + in the study group were lower than those inthe conventional group，the levels of albumin （ALB），cholinesterase （ChE）， CD3 3+ ，CD 4+ ，and CD4+/CD8+ were higher than those in the conventional group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Fuzheng Huayu Capsules combined with nucleoside antiviral drugs can significantly improve the clinical symptoms，liver function，liver fibrosis，and immune function of patients with decompensated hepatitis Bcirrhosis.
