Nice结在粉碎性锁骨骨折中的临床疗效分析

[Abstract]Objective：To investigate theclinical efectof Nice knot in the treatmentofcomminuted clavicle fracture.Method： A total of 7O patients diagnosed with comminuted clavicle fracture at the Second People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from August 2022 to October 2O23 were selected and randomly divided into the study group （underwent Nice knot assisted reduction technique surgery，n=35）and the traditional group （underwent traditionalreduction technique surgery，n=35）according to therandom number tablemethod.Theclinical relevant indicators，pain degree，shoulder joint recovery and postoperative complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Result： The intraoperative blood lossof the study group was less than thatof the traditional group，the operation time was shorter than thatof the traditional group，and the fracture healing time was earlierthan that of the traditional group，the differenceswere statisticallysignificant （ P <0.05），while there wasno statistically significant difference in the postoperative hospital stay between the two groups （ P >0.05）. The VAS score and complication rate in the postoperative of study group were lower than those of the traditional group （ P <0.05）; the all item scores and total score of Neer shoulder joint were higher than those of the traditional group，the differences were statistically significant P<0.05） .Conclusion：For patients with comminuted clavicle fracture，Nice knot assisted reduction technologyhas relatively good effect，whichcan promote the smooth operation，reduce the postoperative pain，accelerate the postoperative fracture healing and shoulder function recovery，and reduce the occurenceof complication rate.
