[Abstract] Objective：To investigate the efects of down-regulation ovulation induction protocol with Danggui Dihuang Decoction on endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcomes in frozen thawed embryo transfer. Method： A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 12O patients who underwent frozen thawed embryo transferinthe Afliated HospitalofFuzhou Medical Colege，Nanchang Universityfrom January 2023 to March 2024.According to the treatment method，they were divided into a study group （6O cases of down-regulation ovulation induction protocoland Danggui Dihuang Decoction）and a control group（6O cases of down-regulation ovulationinductionprotocol）.Theuterinearterybloodflowparameters，endometrialreceptivity，hormone levels，and pregnancy outcomes were observed and compared between the two groups.Result： Before treatment， there were no significant diferences intheuterinearterypulsatilityindex （PI），resistance index （RI），systolic/diastolic blood flow （S/D），follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）， luteinizing hormone （LH），estradiol （E2） ， serum progesterone （P） levels between the two groups （ P> 0.05）.After treatment，the levels of RI，PI， S/D，LH，biochemical pregnancy rate， spontaneous abortion rate，and ectopic pregnancy rate were lower in the study group，while the endometrial receptivity rate，FSH， E2 ，Plevels，and clinical pregnancy rate were higher，with significant differences（ P <0.05）. Conclusion： The useof down-regulation ovulation induction protocoland Danggui Dihuang Decoction in the treatment offrozen thawed embryotransfer patients can effectively enhance blood flow perfusionunderthe endometrium，improve endometrial morphology，regulate relevant hormone levels，and has a positive effect on pregnancy outcomes.

随着辅助生殖技术的不断发展，冻融胚胎移植已成为解决众多不孕不育问题的重要手段之一冻融胚胎移植旨在解决多种复杂情况下的生育需求，例如新鲜取卵周期中出现卵巢过度刺激综合征风险、子宫内膜发育与胚胎发育不同步、患者身体状况不适宜立即进行胚胎移植等问题，通过将胚胎冷冻保存，待合适的时机进行移植，为患者提供了更多的生育机会[2]。（剩余7708字）
