[Abstract]Objective： To explore the influence of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with olfactory training on the nasalcavity functionand olfactory functionofpatientswith chronicsinusitis with nasal polyps （CRSwNP）after surgery.Method：A totalof 76 patients with CRSwNPwho underwent surgical treatmentand were admited to the First Affiliated Hospitalof Bengbu Medical University from January 2O23 to December 2O24 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method，with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after the operation， while the observation group was given Kangfuxin Liquid combined with olfactory training after the operation.Both groups were intervened until 8 weeks after the operation. The nasal cavity function，subjectiveassessment resultsof olfactionand psychophysicaltestconditionsofolfaction between the two groups were compared.Result：After the intervention，the nasal cavity volume （NCV）and the nasal minimum cross-sectional area （NMCA） inthe observation group were both higher than those in the control group， and the distance from the minimum cross-sectional area of the nasal cavityto the anterior nostril （DCAN） was smaller than that in the control group，the differenceswere statistically significant （ P <0.05）.Thesubjectiveolfactory score and psychophysical test conditions of olfaction scores of the observation group were both higher thanthose of thecontrol group，the differenceswere statistically significant P<0.05） .Conclusion：Kangfuxin Liquid combined witholfactorytraining is helpfultoimprove the nasalcavity functionandolfactory functionof patients with CRSwNP aftersurgery，and promote the overall recovery of patients.
