Effect of Rehabilitation Management Based on Auxiliary Follow-up System on Exercise Compliance and Functional Recovery in Elderly Patients with Total Hip Arthroplasty/FU Wenjing.//Medical Innovation of China，2025，22（18）： 070-074

[Abstract]Objective：To explorethe application valueof the rehabilitation management model based on the auxiliaryfolow-upsystem inelderly patientsundergoing total hiparthroplasty （THA），and toanalyze its influence onthe complianceofrehabilitation exercise andthe postoperative functionalrecovery.Method：A total of 89 elderly patients who completed THA inthe Second General Hospital of Fuzhou from January 2O2O to December 2O22 were selected as theresearchsubjects.Accordingto therehabilitation management plan used，they were divided into the observation group （n=45，rehabilitation management based onthe auxiliary follw-up system）and the control group （ n =44，conventional rehabilitation management）.The compliance of rehabilitation exercise，Harris hip function scale （HHS） score，modified Barthel index （MBI），self-efficacy for rehabilitation outcome scale （SER） score and the occurrence of complications between the two groups were compared.Result： The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P <0.05）. Six months after discharge，the HHS score， MBI score and SER score of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group （ P <0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： In thepostoperativerehabilitation stage of THA patients，rehabilitation managementbasedon theauxiliary follow-up systemcan improve the compliance of patients'exercise，promote the recoveryof joint function and the improvement of self-care ability，andalso has a good application effect in improving self-eficacyand reducing the risk of complications.
