Effects of Modified Tension-reducing Cosmetic Suturing and Debridement and Suturing on Wound Healing and Scar in Patients with Facial Laceration/LI Tianjin， QIU Dongliang.//Medical Innovation of China，2025，22（18）：028-031

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effects of modified tension-reducing cosmetic suturing and debridement and suturing on wound healing and scar in patients with facial laceration.Method： A total of 96 patientswith facial lacerationadmitted to Shishi Hospital from March2O23 to August 2O24 wereselectedand divided into the modified group and the debridement group according to the random numbertable method，with 48 cases in each group.The modified group received modified tension-reducing cosmetic suturing treatment，and the debridement group received debridement andsuturing treatment.The wound healing quality，wound healing time， duration of woundedema，length ofsurgical scar andseverityofscar were compared betweenthetwo groups.Result：The wound healing quality of the modified group was better than that of the debridement group （ P <0.05）. The wound healing time，duration of wound edemaand length of surgical scar in the modified group were shorter than those in the debridement group （ P <0.05）. The each dimension score and total score of the Vancouver scar scale （VSS） in the modified group 6 months after the operation were lower than those in the debridement group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of facial laceration， the modified tension-reducing cosmetic suturing has obvious advantages over debridement and suturing.It can shorten thedurationof incision edema，promote the wound healing process，and reduce the severity of scar.

面部挫裂伤多因撞击、摔倒、锐器划伤等外力所致，由于面部皮肤菲薄且皮下组织疏松，通常伴有皮肤破裂、深层组织损伤，影响患者面部美观，严重时可能会出现张口受限、神经功能障碍、感染等情况，造成功能障碍，影响患者心理健康[-2]。（剩余5859字）
