[Abstract]Objective：To explore the clinical efectofaerosol inhalationofAmbroxol Hydrochloride Solution for Inhalation in the treatmentof neonatal pneumonia.Method：Atotalof 8O neonateswith pneumoniaadmited to Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March2O24 to March 2O25 were selected.They were divided nto two groups according to the random number table method， with 4O cases ineach group.The control group was given conventional treatment （anti-infection，anti-virus，warmth preservation，etc.）， whilethe experimental group was treated with aerosol inhalation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Solution for Inhalation onthe basis of the control group. Theclinical eficacyrecoveryindicators，inflammatoryfactors，oxygenationindexandincidenceofadverseeactions betwen the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher thanthat in thecontrol group （P<0.05） ）.Thedisappearance timeofcyanosissymptoms，thedisappearance time ofronal soundsand theoxygen withdrawaltimeinthe experimental group were allearlier than those in thecontrol group，and the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group （ P <0.05）.After the treatment，the levels of procalcitonin （PCT），interleukin-6（IL-6），and Creactive protein （CRP）inthe experimental group wereallower  than those inthe control group，and the oxygenation index was higher than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05） .No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion：Ambroxol Hydrochloride Solution for Inhalation for aerosol inhalationcan effectively promote the recoveryof various indicators of neonates with pneumonia to normal，reduce the inflammatory response， improve the oxygenation index，and has high safety and definite therapeutic effect.
