[Abstract]Objective： To investigate the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with warm acupuncture in bladder perfusion ofGemcitabine after bladdercancer surgery.Method：A total of 50 cases ofbladder cancer patients who received postoperative Gemcitabine bladder infusion treatment in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from October 2O21 to October 2O23 were divided into two groups with 25cases each.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy drugs for bladder perfusion nursing intervention，and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with warm acupuncture nursing intervention. Both groups were continuously intervened for 8 weeks. Clinical signs score， pain degree， negative emotion，compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result： The scores of clinical signs， visual analogue scale （VAS），self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）andself-rating depresson scale （SDS） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. The compliance and nursing satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： The application of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with warm acupuncture nursing in bladder perfusion of Gemcitabine after bladercancer surgery can alleviate clinical symptoms，relieve painand negative emotions，improve compliance and nursing satisfaction， which is worthy of promotion.
