Clinical Effect of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction Combined with Qiangli Dingxuan Tablets in Treating Vertigo of Liver Yang Hyperactivity Type/DING Jiahui，SUN Zhaoyu，BI Xinya.//Medical Innovationof China，2025，22（18）： 011-015

[Abstract]Objective： To evaluate the clinical eficacyof Zhengan Xifeng Decoctioncombined with Qiangli Dingxuan Tablets inthe treatmentof liver Yang hyperactivity type vertigo.Method： A total of1O6 patients with liverYang hyperactivity syndrome of vertigo treated in Yancheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2O22 to December 2O23 were included. The patients were divided into a control group （ n =53）and an observation group （ n =53） according to the randomized number table method. The control group was treated with routine western medicine，and the observation group was treated with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction combined with Qiangli Dingxuan Tabletsonthebasisofroutine western medicine.Theclinical eficacy，bloodflowvelocity[basilar artery （A），rightvertebralartery （RVA），leftvertebralartery （LVA）]，inflammatoryfactors [interleukin-6 （IL-6）， high-sensitivity C reactive protein （hs-CRP） and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared. Result： （1）After 4 weeks of treatment，compared with the control group，the clinical total effectiverate was higher in the observation group，and the blood flow velocity of BA，RVA，andLVA were faster，and IL-6and hs-CRP werelower，with statistically significantdifferences（ P <0.05）. （2） In terms of adverse reactions rate，there was no statistically significant difference between the observation group （5.66 % ）and the control group （9.43 % ） （ P- 0.05）.Conclusion： Treating patients with liver Yang hyperactivity type vertigo with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction combined withQiangliDingxuanTabletscanenhanceoverall eficacy，improvecerebralbloodflowvelocity，inibit inflammatory reactions，and have good safety.
