[Abstract]Chronic gastritis as a common digestive system disease， has been found in western medicine treatment in some patients with poor treatment effect and high recurrence rate.Chinese medicine has unique advantages inthetreatment ofchronic gastritis.Inrecent years，it has been found thatShengyang Yiwei Decoction is efective inthetreatmentofchronicgastritis，andhasobvious advantages in improvingthe symptomsof patients， reducingthe degree of lesionsunder gastroscopyandinhibiting theproliferationof Hp.Its mechanismof actionis mainly anti-inflammatory bactericidal，regulating apoptosis，protecting gastric mucosaandregulating gastrointestinal motility.This paper reviews the researchon Shengyang YiweiDecoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis from the theoretical basis，clinical trials， modern pharmacology and mechanism of action， and provides a more accurate theoreticalbasis for ShengyangYiweiDecoction inthetreatmentofchronic gastritis，sothatitcan playabetterrole in clinical practice.

慢性胃炎（CG）是消化系统中的常见疾病，也是一种高发性疾病，是由幽门螺杆菌感染等诸多病因引起的胃黏膜炎症性改变，慢性胃炎的临床症状不具有特异性，其主要症状表现为中上腹部疼痛、饱胀感、堵闷感，食欲减退，暖气等症状。（剩余8729字）
