Improvement Effect of Huachansu Capsules Combined with Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate on Liver Function in Patients with Liver Cancer/ZHU Huiting， LI Menglin， WU Feiyuan.//Medical Innovation of China，2025，22（12）： 069-073

[Abstract]Objective： To explore the efect of Huachansu Capsules combined with Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate on patients with liver cancer.Method： A total of 84 patients with liver cancer admitted to Pingxiang Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method， with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate，and theobservation groupwas treatedwithHuachansu Capsules on the basis ofthe control group.The clinical effcacy，hepatitisBvirus gene （HBV-DNA），liver function indexesalanine aminotransferase （ALT），aspartate aminotransferase （AST），glutamyltransferase （GGT）] and the occurrence of adverse reactions between thetwo groups were compared. Result： The total efective rate of the observation group was higherthan that of the control group （ P <0.05）. After treatment， the HBV-DNA level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the scores of liverpain，fatigue，loweatingandliver enlargement were lowerthanthose inthe control group，andthelevels of ALT，ASTandGGTwerelower than those in thecontrol group，thediffrences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P> 0.05）. Conclusion： Huachansu Capsules combined with Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate has a good effect in the treatment of liver cancer patients，which cannot only alleviateclinical symptoms，promote the improvement of liver function， reduce the level of HBV-DNA， and do not increase adverse reactions.
