[Abstract]Objective： To explore the effect of hierarchical psychological care combined with fiveelements music on perioperative psychological anxiety of women undergoing cesarean section.Method：A total of 80 eligiblewomen with cesarean section who were admitted to Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023were randomly divided into two groups （n=40），in which the control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention， and the observation group was treated with hierarchical psychological care combined with five-element music intervention.The anxiety， sleep quality，recovery and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated. Result： After intervention，the anxiety mood score and sleep quality score of the observation groupwere lowerthan those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. After intervention，thelength of hospital stay intheobservation group was shorterthan thatinthecontrol group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.After intervention，the nursing totalsatisfaction oftheobservation group was higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： The use of hierarchical psychological care combined with five-element music in cesarean section women can improve psychological anxiety， improve sleep quality， shorten hospital stay， and improve nursing satisfaction.

产妇在处于不宜进行自然生产的生理状态时，如骨盆过小、胎儿过大、胎位不正等，则需要使用剖宫产来改善产妇的分娩问题，能够降低产妇及胎儿的死亡率，防止出现不良事件。（剩余6157字）
