[Abstract]Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Qinghua Sanyu Decoction combined with Baduanjin in treating erosive gastritis based on the theory of"turbid toxin-microecology". Method： A totalof 60 patients witherosive gastritis were selected from Ji'an Central People's Hospital fromOctober 2023to April 2024. They were randomly divided intoacontrol group of 30 cases （treatedwith conventional western medicine） and an observation group of 30cases （treated with Jianpi Qinghua Sanyu Decoction combined with Baduanjin）.The main symptom scoresbefore and after treatmentfor3months，theeficacy after treatment，and thelevelsof inflammatory factors in gastric mucosa before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Result：After 3 months of treatment，the scoresofappetiteloss，epigastricpain，and fullness symptoms intheobservation group were lower thanthose inthecontrolgroup，andthetotalefectiverateoftheobservation groupwashigherthanthatofthecontrol group，the levels of tumor necrosis factor- α （TNF- α ），interleukin-8 （IL-8） and interleukin-10 （IL-10） in the observation group werelower than those in the control group，thedifferences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Based on the theory of "turbid toxin-microecology"，Jianpi Qinghua Sanyu Decoction combined with Baduanjin can significantly alleviate symptoms of appetite loss，epigastric pain and fullness， improve gastroscopic conditionsof gastric mucosa，andreducethelevelsof inflammatory factors in gastricmucosa in patients with spleen deficiency， damp-heat， and blood stasis type erosive gastritis.
