[Abstract]Objective：To observe the application efect of ultra short wave therapy for clearing the lungs， high-frequency pulse oscilltion for expectoration，andthree-dimensional adaptivesupport inchildren with severe pneumonia.Method： A total of 88children with severe pneumonia treated at Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2023to May 2024 were selected as the observation sample.They were randomly divided into an experimental groupof 44 cases anda control group of 44 cases using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care for children with severe pneumonia， while the experimental group received ultra short wave therapy for clearing the lungs，high-frequency pulse oscilation for expectoration，and threedimensionaladaptive support.The observation indicators of the two groups after 2 weeks of intervention were

compared. Result： The excellent and good rate of compliance， Kolcaba general comfort questionnaire （GCQ） score after interventionof the experimental group werehigherthan those of thecontrol group，anddaily sputum output of the experimental groupwasmore than thatof the control group，while thecoughdisappearance time， rales disappearance time of the experimental group were earlier than thoseof thecontrol group，and clinical pulmonary infection score（CPIS）after intervention was lowerthanthat of the control group，the diferences were significant （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： The intervention of using ultra short wave therapy for clearing thelungs，high-frequency pulse oscillation for expectoration， and three-dimensionaladaptive support for children with severe pneumonia can improve their compliance with medical treatment， treatment comfort，daily sputum output， promote their recovery progress， and improve their lung infection control effect.
