[Abstract]Breast cancer is one of the malignant tumor diseases that women pay high attention to，and it is also ahot topic incancer treatment.At present，surgical treatment，chemotherapy，radiation therapyendocrine therapy，targetedtherapy ofrelatedmolecules， and traditionalChinese medicinetherapy arealleffectivetreatment options for thedisease， whichcan delaythe progresson of the disease and prolong the survivaltime of patients toa certain extent.Endocrine therapy，as the core treatmentfor hormone receptor-positive breast cancer patients，may cause perimenopausal-like syndrome during its treatment.Breast cancer-related perimenopausal-like syndrome not onlyaffects the qualityof lifeof patients，butalsomayreducethecompliancewithfollow-uptreatment， leading to the recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer.The applicationof western medicine，traditional Chinese medicine and lifestyle intervention have been mentioned in many literatures as having definite therapeutic intervention effects.Inthispaper，therelevanttreatmentmethods arereviewed，aiming at providing morereferencesforclinical treatment.
