[Abstract]Objective： To observe the application value of Fluvoxamine combined with simplified cognitive behavioraltherapy inadolescents with depressivedisorders and non-suicidalself-injury （NSSI）behaviors. Method：A total of 120adolescents withdepressive disorders and NSSI behaviors admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Yichun City from May 2022 to December 2023 were selected. According to the random number table method，they were divided into the control group and the study group，with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with Fluvoxamine.The study group was given simplified cognitivebehavioraltherapy，and the control group was given routine psychological intervention.The children's depression inventory （CDI）， multidimensional sub-health questionnaire of adolescents （MSQA），chinese version of Ottawa self-injury inventory （OSI） and resilience scale （RS）were used to evaluate depression degree， psychological sub-health status， severity of NSSI and psychologicalresiliencebefore andafter intervention.Result：Before intervention，therewere no statistically significant diffrences in CDI scores， MSQA scores， OSI scores and RS scores between the two groups （ p＞ 0.05）.

After intervention， CDI scores， MSQA scores and OSI scores were decreased， and RS scores were increased in both groups，and those inthe study group werebetter than those in thecontrol group，the diffrenceswere statistically significant （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Fluvoxamine combined with simplified cognitive behavioral therapy can relieve depression， improve psychological health status，reduce NSSI behaviors and improve psychological resilience in adolescents with depressive disorders and NSSI behaviors.
