[Abstract]Objective： To analyze the present status of cancer-related fatigue （CRF） during preoperative visit and its influencingfactors in patients undergoing radical thyroidectomy.Method： A total of 116 patients underwent selectiveradical thyroidectomy in the Second Affliated Hospitalof Nanchang University from August 2022 toFebruary 2024 were selected.Thebaseline data of patients were investigated during preoperative visit，the incidence of CRF was assessed using cancerfatigue scale （CFS），and thehope level， sleep quality and perceived social support levelwere investigated respectivelybyHerthhope index（HHl），Pittburgh sleep qualityindex （PSQI）， perceived social supportscale （PSSS.Thefactors influencing the occurrence of CRF in patients underwent radical thyroidctomy were analyzed bylogisticregression.Result：The average CFS score of 116 patients underwent radical thyroidectomy was （20.13±4.42） scores， of which 61 patients developed CRF， accounting for 52.59% .logistic regression analysis showed that tumor diameter >4 cm， high school education or above， low hope level， poor sleep quality andlow perceived social support weretheinfluencing factors forthe occurrenceof CRF in patientsunderwent radical thyroidectomy （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The incidence of CRF before radical thyroidectomy is high， which is influenced by tumor diameter， education level， hope level， sleep quality and perceived social support.
