Abstract：As a key expresion form in the development ofdigital culture inrecent years，“micro-short drama + ”is profoundly reshapingthemechanismlogicandvalueorientationofculuralcommunication.Notonlydoesitpossssignificantonomicvalueutit alsoshowsaighdgeeofommunicatioabilityandculturalpotentialintenatioalculturaltrategy，platfocolgicalotzatio anduseralueco-construction，makingitacrucialfulerumfordigitalculturaldevelopment.“technology-value”is thecorecommunicationdrivingfoceofdigitalcre.Thcoreelementsofthedigialculturedisseminatiomechanisarechnolog，platfoontet andusers，andachlementpresentsacircularlogicofdyamiccollborationTeeneratiomehansmofdigialulturefollowsatriple path：expression activation，meaning reconstruction and value expansion.
