Abstract：TheSinicizationofMarxismhasformeduniqueharacteristicsofthespiritoftheTimesindiferenthistoricalperiods， whichnotonlyrespondtotheactalnedsofChina’ssocialdevelopment，butalsoprovidetheoreticalsupportandpracticalgudancefor thecauseofsocialismwitChnesecharacteristcsintenewera.StartingfromtehstorcalevolutionoftheSinicizationofMarism，we cananalyzeitsainfeatuesanddvelopmentalpatsacrosdiferentstages.Tedriingforcesforinheritingthecontemporarychacter isticsofMarxsminChinaincludenatioaltrategicgudaneocialdemanddriveadtheoreticaliovationpromotion.Teinritance pathandstrategfteharacteristicsofMarism'slocalizationandmoderzatioinChinaicudestrengteningthoreticalrach， deepeningpracticalaplication，inovatingommunicatiomethods，espodingtotechallngesofthetimes，andcoordinatigultiple subjects.TeinheritaneanddvelopntoftespiitofteTimstatpromotesthesinicitoofMarximintecontetoftenewera provideasolid theoreticalfoundationand practical supportforthecauseofsocialismwith Chinesecharacteristics inthenewera.
