Analysis of Social Governance Experience in the Yan’an Period from the Perspective of Deliberative Democracy

Abstract：DuringtheYan’anperiod，theCommunistPartyofChinacreateda“modelexperimentalzone”fordemocracythrough theimplementationofdeliberativedemocraticpracticessuchasdemocraticelections，ouncilmetings，andthe“three-testem”， providingvaluableexperienceforsocial governance.TheShaanGanNingBorderRegionGovernmentadheredtotheParty’sleadership andinovatio，promotedteextensive，ulti-level，andinstitutionalizeddevelopmentofemocacyndexpandeddeliberatiehan nelswithpeople'sdemocacyatitsore.Bymployingdeliberativedemocracyasanimporpantchannelforachievingsocialgoveance， ourPartytookadvantageoffacilitatingcollaborativegoveaneamongvariousocialforsprovidingvauableistocalrefecad theoretical insights for contemporary social governance.
