Abstract:This study addreses the issues of high costs,inflexible deployment,and inadequate inteligent monitoring capabilities associatedwith traditional hydrologicalmonitoringstations,anddevelopsanintegratedsmart hydrological pole device.Thedevice integrates basicsensors,edgecomputing units,andacloud-basedBigData platform,enablingreal-time monitoring of multiple hydrological parameters such as water level andrainfall, while alsopossessingvideosurveillaceand intellgentrecognitionfunctions.Throughtheedgecomputing technology,itachevespreliminarydataprocesingandiproves data procesing effciency.Thedeviceadoptsadouble-conicaloctagonalpoledesign,whichenhanceswindpressureresistance andenvironmentaladaptabilitytoensure stableoperation.Thedevice hasbeensucesfullappliedintheecological flow transformationofsallhydropowerstations,ealizingreal-timeandaccuratecollectionofhydrologicaldata,andprovdingkey dataforfoodpreventiondroughtrelief.Itimprovestheeffciencyofwateradministrationlawenforcementandriverpatrols,and demonstrates broad application prospects.
