Abstract： The deep integration of information technology and experimental teaching is leading a new transformation inexperimental teaching incollgesand universities.Thispaper proposes tostudyavirtualsimulation experimentalteaching platform based on information，by implementing the four-core virtualization platform design including user permission management，courseresource management，experimental teachingdesign，and teacher-studentinteractionandQ&A.he paper introducedesignprciplesofthevirtualsimulationexperimentalteachingplatformresearchideasofthefunctionalconstruction. Theapplicationof thisplatformwillbreak thephysicalboundariesofexperimentalresources，achieve widespreadsharingand optimized configuration ofexperimentalresources，stimulate students'learming interest，and improve teaching quality.
