Abstract：Inorder to improve the experience，eficiency and accuracy of meeting minute in enterprise conference rooms，this paper constructs asetofAIconference minutes system for InteractiveFlat Panel Display suitableforenterprise conference rooms through relatedtechnologies inthefieldofAI.Thesystem is more suitable forthe displayscren with touch interactionfunctionatthedesignlevel，andcaneffctivelycombinetheacquisitionabilityofvarioushardwaredevicesnthe ofline conferenceroom.TechicallybycombiningthefeldadvantagesofmultipleAImodels，thefectofmeetingmiutes is optimized.This paper introduces the technical process andtechnicalarchitecture designofourAImeeting minutes products indetail，includingthecomprehensiveapplicationofvarious technical meanssuchasaudioandvideoacquisitionpeech transcription，rnecogonginalextslceummarydoterteques.Attesetieitproidesaerecase for the realization of meeting minute products based on the large screen scene of the meeting.
