Abstract：This paper aims to promote the informatization of oilfield production management，accelerate digital transformation，andimprovethelevelofintellgentmanagement.Ininewiththeworkingideaof“systemstandardization， standard processand process informatization”accordingtothemanagement methodsofoilfeldcontractors，thekeyproceses and keylinksofthewhole processmanagement andcontrolof engineering projectcontractorsare studiedandanalyzed，and theapplicationresearchofinformatization，intellgenceandstandardizationiscarredout.Troughtherapiddeploymentofthe InternetofThings hardwareterminalsonthespot，thedatabaseisbuiltinthebackgroundandthedataplatform is developed to realizethereal-timesupervision，timelywaing，riskresolution，qualityimprovementandefciencyimprovementofthewhole process managementandcontrolof theenginering projectcontractoronthe spot，soas toprovide techncalsupportandfrst experience foroilfeldenterprises tostrengthenthe whole processmanagementandcontroloftheenginering projectontractor on the spot.

0 引言

本文开发了一套工程项目承包商现场全过程管控数据平台，通过管理模式优化与现场管控相结合的方式，利用现场人脸识别、射频识别、定位等前端技术，以及动静态数据接入、对比算法及数据分析应用等后端技术，结合前后端分离技术，实现工程项目承包商从资质审查、开工前准备、施工过程管理至验收评价全过程的业务流程实时管控及管理模式提升[1]。（剩余6384字）
