Abstract： There are some problems in the traditional engineering investigation proces，such aslow eficiencyof manual recording，eror-pronedataentryandpoorinformationflow，whichseriouslyaffecttheefciencyandmanagementqualityof the project.Inorder to solve theabove problems，an informationsystem forsurvey management business is designed.The systemitegrateskeytchologiessuchasGeographicInformationSystem（GIS），IntellgentDataAnalysis （DA）andal-time datasynchronation，andconsructsafull-proessbusinesscosed-loocoverngonitecolection，tasksheduling，sedule management，inteligent analysisandresult generation.Byunifying data standards andoptimizing processconfiguration，the effcientollontoaticrocessngditegatedagetofyataeaiedandtigitalatileel and project management and control ability are effectively improved.
