基于温湿度传感器的室内环境监测预警研究与应用

Abstract:Aiming at the problems that electronic sensors in indoor environmental monitoring are susceptible to electromagneticinterference,significanttemperatureandhumiditycrosstalk,andhighfalsealarmrateoffixedthreshold algorithm,acollborativesolutionbasedonFabry-Perotinterference-antiresonancecascadesensoranddynamictheshold adaptive algorithm is proposed.The experimental results show that the humidity sensitivity of the sensor is 1.4×10-7/%RH , the temperature crosstalk is only 0.20%/∘C ,and the24-hour drift is 0.05%RH .Underhigh temperatureandhighhumidity conditions,the sensitivity of 1.8×10-7/%RH and the stability of 0.08%RH/24 h can still be maintained. The corresponding dynamic thresholdadaptive algorithm performs wellincomplexscenariossuchas textile milsand hospitals.Itskeyindicators: false alarm rate of 2.8% ,falsenegative rate of 1.5% ,response delayof 4.2sand workingconditionadaptation time of 3.5min allreachtheleadinglevel.Thisstudyconstructsacomplete technologychain from precisionperception tointeligentdecisionmaking,and providesaninnovativesolutionforaccurateenvironmentalmonitoringinthefeldsofmedical treatmentandcultural security.
