Abstract： CHN ENERGY Yuedian Taishan Power Generation Co.，Ltd.studies the anti-violation and safety education management information platform.Inorder toimplement the scientificoutlookon development，enhance thesafetyrisk awareness ofcontractors，establish theconceptofsafetyrisk，and improve therisk managementand controlabilityofsafety management personnel，the company caries out this research work.After more than four years of practical application， the platform improves theautomation，digitizationand inteligent levelof safety production management inpower plants， and promotes thebusiess processrengineeringofenterprisesafetymanagement.Inadition，itinnovates theontractor's informatizationsafetyriskmanagement mode，strengthens theon-sitesafetycontrolofthecontractor，reduces theoccurrenceof contractorpersonelaccidentsvoidscusingmajorlosss totheenterpriseeconomy，andprovidesreferenceandgudancefor the anti-violationand safety education management information construction of domestic power generation enterprises.
