Abstract：Theintroductionof thelibrary'sself-serviceborowingandreturningsystem improves the library'sinteligence leveland makes book lendingservices more convenient，abundant，and personalized.This paper elaboratesonthearchitecture， developmentlanguages，anddatabase designofthe library managementsystemandtheself-serviceborowing andretumingsystem. Throughdataprocsingsvices，usinessogicseices，eviceinteacervicesadatachoationssthe systemrealizes functionssuchasborrowingreturning，andrenewingbooksintheself-serviceborowingandreturningsstem，as wellas moduleuntiosiludingsource managemnt，souecltio，adersice，andsatisticaleortsitelbay managementsystem.Thispaperalsodesigs thedatainteractionmethod，RESTfulinterfacearchitecture，andspecificationsbeten thetwo systems，and unifies the data interactionmode，communication format，and interface standards.
