Abstract：With the diversified development of meteorological service demands，the traditional manual production method for weather forecastfilmandtelevisionprogramscanhardly meet thetimelinessandacuracyrequirementsof moder meteorological services.This paper designsand implements aPython-based image processing system for weatherforecast filmand television programs.Through technical meanssuch asautomated data processing，intellgent image generation and standardizedreportoutput，thesystemachievesefcientmaterializedpresentationofinitialmeteorologicalforecastinformation. Thesystem adopts amodulardesignand integrates four core functional modules，namelydata parsing，urban site management， graphic-textcoversio，andreport generation.Practicalapplicationshowsthat theystemsignficantlyimprovestheeiency andqualityof weatherforecastfilmandtelevisionproduction，greatlyreduces theerrorrate，and provides reliabletechnical support for the modernization of meteorological services.
