Abstract: Logistics UAV vertical take-off and landing airport will become an important infrastructure for urban air trafic inthefuture,anditisnecessarytobuildasafeandefcientoperationguaranteesystem.Systemthinkingisaoisticand comprehensive wayof thinking,emphasizing theoverallsituation,understanding therelationship between thevariousparts ofthesystemanditsimpactonthe whole.This paperstudiestheconstructionoflogistics UAVvertical take-offandlanding airportoperationguarante system fromthree aspectsofsystem hierarchy,integrityandrelevance.Theresearchresultsshow thatthelogisticsUAVtake-offandlandingairportshouldbeplannedandconstructedhierarchicallyacordingtothefunctional positioning.Theconstructionofitsoperationguaranteesystemincludes notonlythetakeoffandlandingsitefacilitiesthatmeet the needsofaircraftfligt,butalsoasoundlow-altitudeflightserviceguarante system.Iaddition,theoperationoftheaiport shouldrealize the integrationof traditional infrastructure and informationinfrastructure suchas 5Gand Beidou Navigation Satelite System.Anotheraspect,itshouldbeeffectivelyintegratedintotheexternalintegrated transportationsystem.
