Abstract： Chromatographic analysis technology is one of the important methods in food analysis and plays an important role in food detection. This paper summarizes the chromatographic analysis technology and its advantages， expounds the common chromatographic analysis technology， and summarizes the application of chromatographic analysis technology in food detection， aiming at providing scientific basis for ensuring the safety and quality of food.
