摘 要：为更好地保障食品安全，基于食品安全抽检工作的重要性，结合食品安全抽检工作基本流程，本文从抽样环节和检验环节两方面着手，分析食品安全抽检工作的常见问题，并针对这些问题提出一些具体的解决措施，以供食品安全抽检工作相关人员参考。

Analysis of Common Problems and Measures in Food Safety Sampling Work

Abstract： In order to better ensure food safety， based on the importance of food safety sampling work， combined with the basic process of food safety sampling work， this paper starts from two aspects of sampling and inspection， analyzes the common problems of food safety sampling work， and puts forward some specific solutions to these problems for the reference of food safety sampling work related personnel.
