食品重金属检测技术研究进展

摘 要：食品重金属污染会危害人体健康，准确、快速地检测食品中重金属含量已成为食品安全领域的研究重点。本文总结了食品重金属检测技术的应用情况，并对不同检测技术的优缺点及原理进行阐述，以期为食品重金属检测工作提供理论参考。

Abstract： Heavy metal pollution in food will endanger human health. Accurate and rapid detection of heavy metal content in food has become the focus of research in the field of food safety. This paper summarizes the application of food heavy metal detection technology， and expounds the advantages and disadvantages and principles of different detection technologies， in order to provide a theoretical references for food heavy metal detection.
