实验室自制平板保存周期验证研究

摘 要：培养基是微生物试验的基础，培养基的质量控制直接关系到微生物试验的结果。本文配制了常见的致病菌分离平板，并分别于第1天、第8天、第15天用相应标准菌株接种划线培养观察。研究发现，实验室自制平板在妥善保存的条件下使用期限至少为15 d。

Research on Verification of Storage Cycle of Laboratory Homemade Plates

Abstract： The culture medium is the basis of microbial testing， and the quality control of the culture medium is directly related to the results of microbial testing. This article prepared common pathogenic bacteria isolation plates， and used corresponding standard strains to inoculate and streak cultures on the 1st， 8th， and 15th days respectively. It was found that if the laboratory-made plates are properly stored， they have a service life of at least for 15 days.
