某汽油发动机机油消耗量高原因分析

摘 要:针对某汽油发动机活塞机油消耗量高的问题,从发动机系统级、零部件级分析了该问题可能产生的原因并形成故障鱼骨图,以此为基础利用仿真分析和试验验证相结合的方法对可能原因进行逐一排查。最后通过优化缸体筋板、活塞环结构、活塞回油结构等,有效解决了发动机活塞机油消耗量高的问题。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of high oil consumption of a gasoline engine, the possible causes of the problem were analyzed from the engine system level and component level, and the fishbone diagram was formed. Base on this, the possible causes were checked one by one by the method od simulation analysis and test verification. Finally, by optimizing cylinder block, the second ring structure, piston oil return structure and so on, the problem of high oil consumption is effectively solved.

机油消耗量为发动机工作过程中机油的消耗量,国家标准对发动机机油消耗量并没有进行规定,GB/T 19055-2003《汽车发动机性能试验方法》附录A中A.3规定:在额定转速全负荷工况机油与燃油的消耗比值不得超过0.3%,各主机厂开发发动机时,会对发动机的机燃比做更严格的规定,一般要求机燃比不大于0.15%。(剩余3320字)
