TPMS检测设备通过率提升的研究及应用

摘 要:本文针对汽车生产制造过程中,TPMS检测设备现场检测通过率低的问题,分析测试过程中的问题现象及原因,提出TPMS检测设备的工艺测试流程优化方案,将通过率提升至99%以上,有效提高现场生产效率及线体一次通过率,可为TPMS检测设备方案规划、工艺流程制定、现场安调及问题解决提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the low pass rate of TPMS testing equipment in the automobile manufacturing process, this paper analyzes the problem site and cause in the testing process, and puts forward the process optimization scheme of TPMS testing equipment, which improves the pass rate by more than 99% and greatly improves on-site production efficiency and once pass rate of line body, this study can provide reference for TPMS testing equipment program planning, technological process formulation, on-site installation and debugging and related problem solving.
