标杆管理在驱动轴设计改进中的应用

摘 要:标杆管理就是通过辨识标杆,分析与标杆的差距及原因,借鉴、学习其最佳实践,制定并采取改进与创新措施,以实现追赶、超越竞争对手和标杆的持续改进与创新过程。本文通过进行立标、对标、达标、创标的全过程对标管理,对驱动轴细节设计问题进行改进,并总结制定出了新的驱动轴产品设计规范。

Abstract:Benchmarking is to identify benchmarks, analyze the gaps and reasons with benchmarks, learn from their best practices, formulate and take improvement and innovation measures, so as to achieve continuous improvement and innovation process of catching up and surpassing competitors and benchmarks. This paper improves the detailed design of the drive shaft by carrying out the whole process of standard management, benchmarking, standard attainment and standard creation, and summarizes and formulates a new drive shaft product design specification.
