微型纯电载货物流车后减振器对板簧疲劳寿命影响研究

摘 要:本文主要研究微型载货物流车后减振器对后钢板弹簧疲劳寿命的贡献度,通过技术手段检测有无后减振器时板簧的振动频次,最后通过路试分别验证有无后减振器时板簧的实际寿命。本文为微型载货物流车基于整车成本考虑是否需要搭载后减振器提供借鉴经验。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies the contribution of the rear shock absorber of the mini truck to the fatigue life of the rear leaf spring. The vibration frequency of the leaf spring with or without the rear shock absorber is detected by technical means. Finally, the actual life of the leaf spring with or without the rear shock absorber is verified by road test. This paper provides reference experience for micro cargo logistics vehicle to consider whether it needs to carry rear shock absorber based on vehicle cost.

1 引言
随着互联网的发展,电商平台像雨后春笋般崛起,而消费者从各大电商平台选购的物品需要快递运送到消费者手里,而各大城市及乡镇的快递终端便是快递车,为了兼顾物品运送的灵活性,目前很多快递站点选择的是三轮车,此类三轮车出于成本和短距离送货考虑,只是配备了钢板弹簧,没有配后减振器。(剩余1557字)
