高职院校“岗、课、赛、证”融通精致育人培养模式建构与实践

摘 要:本文分析了高职院校专业课程教学存在的问题,结合我院汽车专业的实际情况引入了与课程相关的合作企业形成校企深度融合的共同体,运用共生理论融通校内外资源调整人才培养方案,通过校企双驱共同实施教学,形成了岗课赛证融通的教育模式。实践表明,本模式能有效的克服专业课程教学的相关问题,值得研究与推广。

Construction and Practice of "Post, Course, Competition, Certificate" Precision Education and Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of professional courses in higher vocational colleges, and combines the actual situation of the automobile major in our college to introduce cooperative enterprises related to the courses to form a community of deep integration between the school and the enterprise. Through the joint implementation of teaching between schools and enterprises, an education model of ‘Post,Course,Competition,Certificate’ integration has been formed by symbiosis theory. The practice shows that this model can effectively overcome the related problems of professional course teaching, and it is worthy of research and promotion.
