高职汽车专业校企协同育人长效机制研究

摘 要：在汽车智能化、网联化的背景下，汽车企业用人需求有所改变，调研高职院校汽车专业目前主要的校企合作项目内容和形式，分析了当前汽车专业校企合作长期稳定合作面临的机遇与挑战。对于高职汽车专业，提出了校企双方如何协同育人长效机制的建设策略和实施路径。

Research on the long-term mechanism of School-enterprise collaborative training of Automobile Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：Under the background of automobile intelligence and networking， the employment needs of automobile enterprises have changed. The contents and forms of the main school-enterprise cooperation projects of Automobile major in higher vocational colleges are investigated， and opportunities and challenges faced by the long-term and stable cooperation of automobile major school enterprise cooperation are analyzed. For the automotive specialty in higher vocational colleges， this paper puts forward the construction strategy and implementation path of the long-term mechanism of collaborative education between schools and enterprises.
